The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 650 “Navy” is a navy and tan colorway of the vintage basketball shoe by Teddy Santis’s popular clothing brand. The New Balance 650 was brought back by Aimé Leon Dore following the success of its collaboration with New Balance on the 550 model, another retro basketball shoe that debuted in the 1980s. Like the 550, the 650 features vintage design elements, including, on the “Navy” colorway, a cream midsole that mimics the look of a sole that’s undergone the process of oxidation. Tan mesh appears on the shoe’s base while navy leather overlays are found throughout the upper. A tan “N” logo appears on the sides. Dual “Aimé Leon Dore” and “NB” branding is found on the back of the left and right shoe, respectively. Release date: October 6, 2022 Aime Leon Dore
